These rules supersede all previous editions and addenda and shall remain in effect until an amended edition of the rules is published.

All rules added or changed since the 2014 Technical rules to include 2015 Technical rules are written in bold red. All rules added or changed since the 2015 Technical rules to include 2016 Technical rules are written in bold orange. All rules added or changed since the 2016 Technical rules to include 2017 Technical rules are written in bold blue.
These rules have been drafted in English. In the case of conflicting interpretation, only the English text shall be considered authentic.
