Jose Antonio Perez Priego, IWWF President

IWWF President, Jose Antonio Perez Priego, attending his first IWWF Baredoot Worlds, took to the water and showed his enthusiasm for all towed water sports by performing his first successful barefoot start on a short rope.

Jose Antonio is the current IWWF Latin American Senior Men’s Waterski Slalom Champion and holds the Mexican Senior  Slalom Record.

During a break in competition at the  2018 IWWF World Barefoot Water Ski Championships and coached by David Small from Great Britain, who won Gold medals in Open Men’s Slalom, Trick & Overall, Jose Antonio confidently barefoot skied up and down Dream Lake and now plans to compete in the next IWWF Barefoot Worlds in Australia in 2020!
